Response Time

When requesting emergency tech support, you will get a response back from one of our certified experts within 90 minutes of requesting. Most of the time you will hear back from us within 30 minutes.

Cost of Services

There is a $199 diagnostics fee. This is the cost to troubleshoot your issue. This fee is due at the time of requesting service.

After diagnostics, work is billed at $50 per hour to fix your issues.
