Thanks for shopping with us! Because every single item on our store is custom-printed and made to order, we handle returns and refunds a little differently than traditional retail stores. Please review our guidelines below before making a purchase.
Cancellations & Buyers Remorse
All sales are final: Once an order is placed and sent to production, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for buyers' remorse, accidental orders, or sizing mistakes.
Check the Size Charts: Please carefully review the size charts provided on each product page before finalizing your order to ensure the perfect fit.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If there is an issue with your order, we want to make it right! We offer a 101% free replacement or refund if your item arrives:
Misprinted, blurry, or with noticeable print defects.
Damaged (torn, ripped, or broken during transit).
As the completely wrong item, color, or size compared to what you ordered.
To claim a replacement or refund:
Email us at support@honeyclickcreatives.com within 14 days of receiving your package.
Include your Order Number and a clear photo showing the issue or damage.
Once verified, we will immediately submit a replacement order to be printed and shipped to you at no extra cost, or issue a full refund to your original payment method. Note: You do not need to ship the damaged item back to us.
Wrong Address & Undeliverable Packages
Incorrect Address: If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our printing facility. You will be responsible for the reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Unclaimed Packages: Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to the facility. You will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order to yourself.
Lost in Transit
All of our tracking numbers are monitored. If your package hasn't arrived and is past its estimated delivery date, please let us know within 14 days of the estimated delivery window so we can file a claim with the carrier and get a replacement sent your way.
